Job summary

MYCON General Contractors, Inc. is seeking a construction project procurement coordinator to generate and maintain procurement logs, set up and maintain Procore drawing logs, and support PMs and supers with schedules and QA/QC processes on active projects.

You will manage RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, and other change documents in Procore, review shop drawings, and assist with project close-out packages and owner training documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with construction project documentation and logs.

Responsibilities

• Generates and maintains project procurement log.
• Set up drawing logs in Procore and maintain drawings throughout the project.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities and update the project schedule.
• Manage RFI, ASI, CCD, and other change documents in Procore.
• Prepare As-Built drawings and project close-out documentation.
