Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines on active projects.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and field coordination.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and drawing logistics.

Responsibilities

• Generates and maintains project procurement log.
• Sets up drawing logs in Procore and maintains them throughout the project.
• Manages RFI, ASI/CCD/RFP processes and logs.
• Coordinates shop drawings and submittals with design team and owner.
• Supports QA/QC plan implementation and field reporting.
• Participates in job-site meetings and prepares meeting minutes.
• Maintains project records, photos, and as-built drawings.
