The role requires hands-on problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with focus on process optimization and reliability improvements on production equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for ITAR-controlled data access.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
• Assist in designing and procuring machinery and equipment to improve efficiency and safety.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize production processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, estimates, and progress updates for decision-making.
