Graphic Packaging International seeks a Project Engineer to provide engineering support for capital projects and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include leading design and cost evaluation, project management, and ensuring compliance with GMP and SQF standards. The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background and hands-on experience with CAD tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• 5–8 years of experience with AutoCAD design software preferred.
• Proficient use of MS Office Applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise and leadership in engineering to develop, design, and improve plant projects.
• Initiate and evaluate engineering cost, design, and implementation for capital projects.
• Manage projects including machine design, integration, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Prepare complex layouts and drawings following Engineering Standards and safety practices.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement across departments.
