Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering plus internship experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam; Excel at an intermediate level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to other regions to gain exposure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute a defined project scope.
• Coordinate with field labor to ensure safe, on-schedule work and quality standards.
• Review drawings to determine project scope and quantities.
• Maintain project records and effective document control.
• Estimate future work and support project management career entrypoint.
