Job summary

Shaw-Lundquist Associates, Inc. (SLA) seeks a capable Project Coordinator to support pre-construction and on-site construction activities in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead submittals and RFIs, review designs, organize documents, and assist with project scheduling under the Project Manager.

The role emphasizes quality control, safety coordination, and effective communication with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years of relevant construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the submittal and RFI processes.
• Review plans and technical documents; maintain project records.
• Create, manage and track RFIs; prepare logs.
• Assist Project Manager/Superintendent with project scheduling.
• Assist with quality control processes and site safety.
• Coordinate subcontractor pre-construction meetings; manage procurement logs.
• Support closeout and final inspections; assist with punch lists.
