Responsibilities

• Supervise overall financial health of projects and allocate budgets.
• Manage subcontracts, suppliers, and staffing for the project.
• Serve as main contact with owner and on-site representative.
• Execute scope changes and owner change orders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across the team.
• Lead negotiations of claims and disputes with clients and subs.
