Job summary

D’Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking a Construction Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead construction activities from preconstruction through closeout. You will monitor safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with contractors, designers, inspectors, and client representatives.

The role requires 7–10+ years in complex projects, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Unifier is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• Experience on transportation, aviation, roadway, transit, or major civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction management platforms such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Unifier.
• Professional Engineer (PE), CCM, PMP, or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities from preconstruction through project completion and closeout.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate activities with contractors, designers, inspectors, and client representatives.
• Review plans, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions with project stakeholders.
• Support change orders negotiations and schedule impact reviews.
• Participate in constructability reviews, design coordination, and progress meetings.
• Monitor milestones and develop recovery or mitigation strategies when needed.
