Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects ranging from $250,000 to $15 million+. You will coordinate with field labor to ensure safety, on-time completion, and adherence to Harder’s quality standards.

This entry-level role leads toward a project management career within a team-driven culture. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of construction management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam; ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, define scope and quantities for the project.
• Coordinate with field labor to ensure safety, schedule and quality.
• Monitor progress and update status weekly.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist the project manager as needed.
• Estimate labor and cost, organize project records and documents.
