Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to lead design aspects, manage budgets and schedules, and provide technical expertise on land development projects. You will train team members, tackle engineering issues, and ensure plans meet agency and client requirements using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of coordinating with municipalities, clients, and experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Additional certifications or licenses held are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Direct the project team on various assignments guided by the Project Manager.
• Recommend and implement design changes such as grading and utility sizing.
• Collaborate with project team members and clients to prepare project proposals.
• Draft, review, and finalize site plans, documents, and computations.
• Research local/state requirements on properties and projects for zoning and site visits as needed.
• Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions and factors for development.
