You will drive project delivery from initiation through completion, manage client relationships, and contribute to firm growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Delaware PE license, are proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision, and excel in leadership, communication, and mentoring of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Delaware Professional Engineer license required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
• Experience managing commercial and residential land development projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in business development.
• Leadership and mentoring of junior staff.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure project delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for firm growth.
• Oversee project financials including billing and invoicing.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and foster collaboration.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards.
