Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to lead design and execution of land development projects. You will guide the project team, manage budgets and schedules, and apply your civil engineering expertise to complex sites.

You will work with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools, deliver detailed plans, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with clients and authorities to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 4+ years of experience in land development and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct the project team on assignments guided by the Project Manager.
• Recommend and implement design changes (grading, utility sizing) per client requests.
• Collaborate with team and clients to prepare project proposals.
• Draft, review, and finalize site plans, reports, and computations for project direction.
