Helix Electric is seeking a motivated intern for our project engineering team in Sacramento, CA. You will support project managers, field teams, and vendors, helping track materials, logs, submittals, and safety programs while learning the construction process end-to-end.

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management or related field, you will gain hands-on experience across project phases, pricing, and coordination with BIM, engineering, and supervision teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management or related field.
• Previous construction internship preferred.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with superintendent to track material and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist in safety culture and on-site coordination.
