Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with project managers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with superintendent to track material and maintain vendor relationships.
• Act as a champion of safety culture.
• Engage in the Change Order process.
• Analyze subcontract agreements.
• Involved with material and equipment procurement.
• Collaborate with BIM department for coordination.
• Produce and maintain detailed job logs.
• Monitor quality control.
• Manage labor schedules with superintendents.
• Create and order prefabricated assemblies.
• Walk jobs to learn the trade.

Education
