Job summary

Bowen is seeking a Project Engineer in Indianapolis to manage construction processes in water, wastewater, industrial, and energy sectors. You will work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to drive project success through scheduling, safety, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Sound understanding of cost analysis principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement Bowen's SQP process.
• Support Field Engineer duties to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders.
• Streamline purchasing processes and coordinate submittals.
• Identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Participate in project status meetings and reporting.
• Contribute to site safety audits and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in project close-out activities and estimating project divisions.
