Leoforce in Indianapolis seeks a Project Manager for industrial self-perform construction. You’ll steer multi-site, large-scale builds from notice-to-proceed through turnover, own schedules, budgets, and client-facing leadership.

Travel 35-40% to site kickoffs and reviews; ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery, while building trust with owners, design firms, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing construction projects, ideally self-perform industrial work.
• Fluency in reading plans, specifications, and construction means/methods.
• Strong command of Microsoft Project plus advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 35-40%.

Responsibilities

Project Manager - Industrial Self-Perform Construction

You’ll steer multiple, large-scale industrial builds from notice-to-proceed through final turnover. Acting as the project’s business owner, you’ll shape schedules, control costs, align internal teams, and serve as the public face of our company with owners, design firms, and municipal agencies. Expect to be on the road about 35-40% of the time for site kickoffs, progress reviews, and close-out walks. Winning in this position means turning over work that is on schedule, within budget, incident-free, and built to the highest quality while developing client trust that secures our next award.
