Job summary

Bowen is seeking a Project Engineer to work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to manage construction processes, scheduling, safety, and stakeholder coordination. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to Water, Wastewater, Industrial, and Energy projects.

As part of a collaborative, employee-owned organization, you will contribute to site safety, project control, and continuous improvement while supporting East Coast operations and multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Sound understanding of cost analysis principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement Bowen's SQP process.
• Support Field Engineer duties to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders.
• Streamline purchasing processes and coordinate submittals.
• Identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Participate in project status meetings and reporting.
• Contribute to site safety audits and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in project close-out activities and estimating project divisions.
