Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an on-site Project Engineer to support industrial water/wastewater projects. You will work with the project team to plan, develop and manage onsite construction engineering activities, ensuring schedule and quality compliance while coordinating with A/E and client teams.

Required are a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 2–3 years of heavy industrial project experience, plus strong communication and leadership capabilities. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of construction engineering experience on heavy industrial projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; team leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction engineering activities for industrial projects.
• Support project schedule, cost control and procurement processes on site.
• Provide technical support during planning, design interpretation and constructability reviews.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, expediting materials and owner/subcontractor/payee payments.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, A/E and project management.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with company and contract requirements.
