Job summary

You will collaborate with management, manage change orders, expedite materials, interpret plans, assemble submittal packages, and assist in selecting subcontractors, within a 100% employee-owned company that values growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems and general operations

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management and stakeholders and informs them on project timeline and budget
• Manages change orders and tracks them
• Expedites material and estimates impact of changes
• Interprets plans and specifications
• Assembles submittal packages and required documentation
• Procures equipment, materials, and services; assists in subcontractor selection
• Analyzes and resolves complex questions and problems
