Job description

A Project Engineer II at Hai Robotics plays a critical role in the design and delivery of robotic Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS). This position requires experience in mobile robotics (AGVs, AMRs, ACRs). Project Engineers collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of warehouse automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including equipment specifications, system layouts, as‑builts, and operation manuals.
• Review and revise detailed drawings to ensure technical feasibility.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and/or other 3D modelling software.
• Evaluate equipment installation to ensure compliance with product requirements.
• Must be familiar with measuring tools such as calipers, laser tape, plumb bobs, etc. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure what’s needed is specified and what’s specified is produced.
• Act as the technical point of contact, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring seamless integration and design compatibility.
• Support the training and development of new hires in Project Engineering.
