You will translate customer requirements into scalable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in robotics or automation.
• Leading engineering activities for complex automation or material-handling projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or other 3D modeling software.
• Ability to develop, review, and validate complex engineering drawings and documentation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design and technical execution of complex robotic ASRS projects.
• Develop, review, and approve technical documentation and drawings.
• Lead the development and validation of layouts and equipment arrangements.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
• Lead supplier coordination, site inspections, testing, and customer acceptance activities.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple disciplines and mentor junior staff.
