Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated automation solutions utilizing robotics, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), and advanced conveyor technology for large‑scale warehouse projects.
• Analyze operational requirements and develop scalable strategies to optimize workflow, space utilization, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, IT, and external technology suppliers, to define specifications, system architecture, and project timelines.
• Generate CAD layouts, process simulations, and technical documentation for proposals and implementation plans.
• Oversee solution implementation and commissioning, ensuring alignment with project goals, safety standards, and budget targets.
• Evaluate emerging automation technologies and tools to deliver continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design engineering within automated warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with automation technologies: robotics, AGVs, AMRs, ASRS, conveyors, and warehouse management systems.
• Expertise in CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent) and simulation/modeling tools.
• Proven track record delivering complex automation projects from concept to operational deployment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional project teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
