Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Dallas, TX to assist the Project Manager with project administration, scheduling, submittals, and vendor coordination.

You will contribute to labor and delivery scheduling, field dimensioning, and change orders to support on-time project delivery. The role requires 0–3 years of experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in project administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, GCs and subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, preparing, and finalizing project schedules.
• Submit submittals and manage the approval process for projects.
• Administer subcontract requirements, contract documents and change orders.
• Coordinate communications among owners, GCs and subs.
• Ensure quality control per contract documents and ISEC policies.
• Assist with job closeout and keep PM informed.
• Review project costs with the Project Manager.
• Release materials timely and coordinate deliveries.
• Visit jobsites to review progress and conditions.
