ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with project administration, material releases, vendor follow-up, invoice coding, and routine correspondence.

The role covers field dimensioning, change orders, submittals and labor/delivery scheduling to ensure timely project execution. Responsibilities include managing submittals, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, maintaining quality control, and supporting cost tracking and documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in project engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Ability to support Project Manager and coordinate with owners, GCs and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development, preparation, and finalization of project schedule.
• Procure and submit submittal information and manage approvals.
• Assist with administration of subcontract requirements, contract documents, and change orders.
• Coordinate communications with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control procedures align with contract documents and company policies.
• Record information in project control systems with deadlines.
• Review job costs with the Project Manager.
• Manage shop drawings through specifications and field installation.
