Job summary

LGE Design Build in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Engineer to prepare, organize, and follow up on project procurement. You will track scopes, contracts, meeting minutes, safety, QA, and change orders, and serve as the technical information source on drawings and RFI's.

Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will review submittals, participate in bids, maintain schedules, coordinate permits, upload drawings to Procore, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects and managing documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Review submittals and RFIs for contract compliance.
• Assist in bid processes and bid reviews.
• Prepare and track change orders and pricing.
• Maintain schedules and project logs.
