Job summary

ISEC, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with scheduling, submittals, material releases, and vendor follow-up on construction projects in Texas.

You will help manage change orders, invoices, field coordination, shop drawings, and deliveries, while maintaining project control records, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. This role requires strong MS Office skills, clear communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, preparing, and finalizing the project schedule.
• Procure and submit all submittal information and manage approvals.
• Assist with subcontract administration, contract documents, and change orders.
• Coordinate communications with owners, GC and subs.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed per contract documents.
• Support project closeout in an efficient manner.
• Resolve client and customer issues with PM guidance.
• Maintain project control logs and record keeping.
• Review costs with Project Manager and assist with billings.
