Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture to maintain a safe, injury-free environment.
• Participates with QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Assists with estimating, take-off, and review of subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with project team supporting crew size, hours, materials, and equipment.
• Supports punch lists, inspections, safety reviews, and documentation.
• Organizes and disseminates project meetings and documentation.
• Prepares reports: daily, weekly, manpower, schedules, equipment tracking.
• Performs site observations and supports scheduling process.
• Assists in close-out: punch lists, manuals, as-builts, etc.
