Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee daily operations on designated projects in Oklahoma. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure goals are met on time and within budget, while leading teams and coordinating with joint venture partners.

In this role you will review plans, assign duties, monitor progress, and prepare reports for management and clients. Travel and relocation may be required to support project needs across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large civil projects with internal teams and JV partners.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
• Leads the project team and ensures safety, performance, budget, scheduling, equipment management and quality.
