Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking a Sr Project Engineer to oversee daily operations, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure project goals are met within time and budget constraints. The role requires strong leadership and experience in large-scale civil projects.

The candidate will work with project teams, approve schedules, and provide technical guidance, with travel and relocation as needed to support project procurement and joint venture activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 20 years of supervisory experience in the industry.
• At least 10 years of heavy civil construction experience required.
• Design, project management and supervisory experience required.
• Marine and Foundation Construction experienced preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding, staffing, and resources.
• Confers with staff to outline work plans and assign duties and scope.
• Directs and coordinates activities to ensure progress on schedule and budget.
• Reviews status reports and modifies schedules as required.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients.
