Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Project Engineer to drive construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage documentation, track project information, coordinate with vendors and trade partners, and ensure the team has the information needed to keep work moving forward.

This role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle and a clear path toward Project Manager advancement, with a focus on organization, communication, and proactive problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field preferred.
• Internship or professional experience supporting commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, or residential construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track submittals, shop drawings, samples, RFIs, and related project documentation.
• Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, contracts, bid packages, and as-built records.
• Coordinate information between project teams, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist with pricing requests, estimates, proposals, and change order documentation.
• Support project controls and help ensure critical project information is accurate and up to date.
