Vivmark Residential in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Project Engineer to drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing submittals, drawings, RFIs, and vendor coordination while maintaining accurate documentation.
You will support project controls, assist with estimates and change orders, and work closely with project managers, superintendents, and accountants to keep work moving forward. A bachelor's in construction-related field and internship or experience are preferred.

As a Project Engineer, you'll help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout by managing documentation, tracking project information, coordinating with vendors and trade partners, and ensuring the team has the information needed to keep work moving forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction management career who wants exposure to the full project lifecycle and a clear path toward Project Manager advancement.
