Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Project Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This full-time role is 40 hours per week and focuses on driving projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with vendors and trade partners, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation.

The role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle and a clear path toward Project Manager advancement, with emphasis on coordination, documentation, and vendor management throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• Internship or professional experience supporting commercial, multifamily, or residential construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals, shop drawings, samples, RFIs, and related documentation.
• Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, contracts, bid packages, and as-built records.
• Coordinate information between project teams, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist with pricing requests, estimates, proposals, and change order documentation.
• Support project controls and ensure critical information is accurate.
