Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Two years of field experience as a PE is suggested.
• Exposure to hard-bid contracts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for bids and negotiated work.
• Review data to determine material and labor requirements.
• Assist project manager and superintendent in planning and communications.
• Analyze blueprints, specs, and proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors to resolve issues and develop submittals.
• Develop submittal logs and three-week look-aheads.
