Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Two years of PE field experience or exposure to hard‑bid contracts.
• Knowledge of construction principles, project design, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for bids.
• Review data to determine material and labor requirements.
• Prepare project estimates and manage administrative duties.
• Lead field-to-office transition for career path to project manager.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and owners to resolve issues.
• Coordinate scheduling, bid packages, and subcontractor selection.
• Provide engineering support and contract preparation.
