Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a devoted Construction Project Manager/Estimator to oversee multiple commercial projects, including new construction and renovations, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating architectural/engineering documents, managing submittals, obtaining permits, planning resources, and supervising costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public and city/government projects and bidding.
• B.S. in civil engineering or construction-related field.
• Experience with drawings, architectural plans, elevations, and details.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Proficient in takeoffs and estimating breakdowns.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
• Experience in field surveys and as-built drawings; code research and product research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural and engineering documents.
• Communicate with management via daily reports.
• Coordinate/submittal process with Architects/Designers/Engineers.
• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials) within budget.
• Manage, supervise, and be responsible for all project costs and accounting updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors and staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise the project and provide guidance to the team.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
