• At least 3 years in civil construction estimating up to $10M.
• Proficiency with HeavyBid and Bluebeam for bid proposals.
• Familiar with CA prevailing wage and public works rules.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and bid docs to develop cost estimates.
• Use HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare pricing and bids.
• Visit sites to gather data for cost and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with PMs, clients, and subcontractors on scope.
• Monitor costs and enforce budget controls during projects.
• Prepare bid packages with pricing, schedules, and materials.
• Assist in contract negotiations and review obligations.
