Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Florida’s Buildings Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support contract administration, change management, and documentation control on active projects.

You will collaborate with trade partners, help manage schedules, costs and quality, and assist with site inspections and closeout. This role values 1–3 years of construction experience and a degree in CM/engineering/architecture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field preferred.
• Understanding of drawings, specifications, health, safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract with select trade partners and manages some subcontract administration.
• Participates in change management and change orders, pricing and scheduling impact.
• Manages project documentation control, RFIs, shop drawings, and as-built records.
• Coordinates with project manager and superintendent on cost, schedule and quality.
• Supports site inspections, closeout documentation and warranty items.
