Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of construction equipment, drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Ability to apply basic engineering/problem-solving principles to construction challenges.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract with trade partners and handles subcontract administration, scope definition, inquiries, and progress supervision.
• Participates in change management and change orders, including pricing and schedule impact assessment.
• Maintains project documents, RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and as-built drawings (BLDG and CIVIL).
• Coordinates with project team lead to supervise design responses and submittal schedules.
• Prepares and supervises progress claims and estimates; coordinates material orders and inventory.
