Job summary

You will oversee contract administration, safety programs, and on-site coordination to ensure quality, budget, and schedule targets. The role requires a 10–15 year track record in construction leadership, a related engineering/management degree, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring.
• Strong safety culture knowledge and compliance with health, safety, and environmental principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides contract administration, technical expertise, and support for large/complex projects.
• Oversees safety plan development and cultivates a strong safety culture on site.
• Manages total construction to ensure design, budget, resources, quality and schedule alignment.
