Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Project Manager to lead contract administration, safety, and on-site execution for diverse construction projects.

You will collaborate with design teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver projects on budget and on schedule. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in engineering or CM, 5–8 years of progressive experience, and a demonstrated safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture and compliance with health, safety, and environment principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and project support.
• Develop and implement the project safety plan and lead by example.
• Ensure the project is constructed per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
• Offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefits.
