Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a Project Manager (Jacksonville Bldg) to lead contract administration, ensure safety plans are executed on site and oversee construction from design to closeout.

You will coordinate with clients, manage budgets and schedules, assess risks, and mentor team members while maintaining quality, compliance, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environment, and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and implementation of the project safety plan.
• Directs total construction to meet design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
• Negotiates subcontracts and major purchase orders while monitoring progress and schedule.
• Maintains contract documents and manages design progression and commissioning.
• Identifies risks and opportunities and communicates with stakeholders.
