Job summary

You will own key project activities, coordinate with trades and design teams, and advance your career through mentorship and training programs. Responsibilities include subcontract administration, change management, document control, and progress claims.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in an operations role.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture preferred.
• Solid understanding of HSE, quality, and building materials.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain subcontract administration and define work scope.
• Participate in change management and cost/schedule impact analysis.
• Manage project document control, RFIs, drawings, and submittals.
• Coordinate with PM and superintendent on schedule, cost, and quality.
• Prepare progress claims and estimates.
• Assist with site inspections and closeout documentation.
