This Project Engineer will provide essential day‑to‑day assistance that enables the Proposal Lead and cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality, on‑time proposals. Acting as the operational backbone of the proposal effort, they ensure that schedule, data, and documentation flows smoothly across all disciplines.

The information below reflects the standard job description for this position:

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
  • - Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus a US Citizen.

  • - Excellent organizational skills.
  • - Basic knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs.
  • - Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and technical scope.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
