This Proposal Lead will direct the development of competitive proposals, managing the integrated schedule, technical content, and cost strategy to meet customer expectations and win criteria. This role will partner with internal subject‑matter experts, senior management, and the customer to synchronize deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with all solicitation requirements.

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus a US Citizen.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs.
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and technical scope.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including ability to tailor messaging for senior executives and technical audiences.
• Experience leading projects and driving to timely delivery.
• High-pressure resilience and ability to meet agressive timelines.
• Strong organizational and time-managment skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
