GenCap Construction Corp. is seeking a Project Engineer to support mixed-use construction projects from coordination and documentation to quality control and procurement. You will assist in cost management, field operations, and project controls to ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and quality control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation and logs for subcontractors and field teams.
• Support preconstruction quality plans and permit tracking.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change management.
• Support field operations, safety compliance, and schedule tracking.
• Contribute to project closeout documentation and as-builts.
