Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Project Coordinator in Reno, Nevada, to support project management and field operations throughout all phases of construction. This role ensures effective coordination, documentation, and procurement activities.

  • Maintained and tracked project documentation, including RFIs and change requests.
  • Coordinated site administration needs and onboarding documentation.
  • Scheduled and monitored deliveries of materials and equipment.
  • Assisted with project estimating, cost forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Worked closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely execution.
  • Participated in project meetings and provided updates.
  • Prepared and administered purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
  • Tracked productivity metrics and supported project performance reporting.

Job description

Supported project management and field operations teams throughout all phases of construction projects, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, scheduling, and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintained and tracked project documentation, including requests for information (RFIs), change requests, design revisions, quality control records, submittals, and other project-related communications.
  • Coordinated site administration needs, including onboarding documentation, access credentials, and office resource management.
  • Scheduled and monitored deliveries of materials, equipment, and project resources to support construction activities.
  • Assisted with project estimating, cost forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Worked closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely execution of project requirements.
  • Participated in project meetings and provided updates on project progress, logistics, and action items.
  • Prepared and administered purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and related procurement documentation.
  • Assisted in developing project procedures and operational plans when required.
  • Tracked productivity metrics and supported project performance reporting.
  • Coordinated site access, compliance, and workforce credentialing requirements.
  • Assisted with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules to support timely project completion.

Education & Experience
