The role requires coordinating with the project team to ensure work meets safety standards, schedule requirements, and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, proficiency with CMiC, PlanGrid, BIM 360, and MS Project; strong computer skills with Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document control process and maintenance of current contract documents.
• Utilize project closeout checklist to assemble project closeout documents as they are generated.
• Input Potential Change Orders (PCO) and issues in CMiC with accurate pricing data and approvals.
• Participate in monthly payment application process and subcontractor invoice reviews.
• Understand RFI and submittal processes and impact to risk mitigation; input correct data into CMiC.
• Assist in monthly GC/GR forecasting and scheduling coordination.
