Job summary

TW Constructors in St. Louis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee design/build projects, manage multiple subcontractors and superintendents, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Ideal candidate has 7–10 years in commercial project management with design-build experience, strong safety record, and proven ability to drive project success across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial project management; design-build experience preferred.
• Active site experience with strong safety record; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Influence, negotiate, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Contribute to project schedule, budgets, and close-out processes.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor labor and costs, and ensure safety compliance.
• Review design development to value engineer methods and reduce time and cost.
• Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets; ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee submittals, change orders, and contract compliance.
• Travel nationwide to project sites as required.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study

Active jobsite experience

Ability to interpret blueprints

Strong knowledge of Building Code and Safety Regulations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Lead and motivate team members
