Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience or 6 years’ construction related experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to write reports and communicate with all levels of workers on a project
• Ability to develop construction schedule via critical path method

Responsibilities

• Generates and obtains approvals of monthly billing and earned values
• Develops and manages the project schedule on small or mid-sized projects
• Analyzes targets and goals, job cost summaries, and other reports
• Alerts the Superintendent and Project Manager of project impact relating to resources
• Generates and obtains approval of the initial budget and updates, reviews weekly cost summaries
• Generates estimates of change orders and interfaces with pre-construction on bids
• Manages job transition, procurement plans, and initial purchase orders
• Coordinates with Superintendent and Line and Grade for as-built records
• Leads LEAN/SQP committee and drives improvement opportunities
• Ensures subcontractors comply with subcontracts and tracks compliance
