In this role you will design water and wastewater systems, oversee projects from entitlements to construction, handle permitting and engage with clients and government entities to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/ACB accredited program.
• PE licensure is required.
• Relevant Maryland work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Showcase Your Expertise: design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.
• Lead Projects: oversee projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Navigate Permitting: efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies.
• Strategize Permitting: develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for developments and commercial projects.
• Engage & Grow: participate in marketing initiatives to grow the company and build client/government relationships.
• Drive Success: deliver exceptional projects and high client satisfaction.

Education
